Single tone analyzer is fuzzy #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Tuner
2. Paly note on 1-st string

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Pitch detection for lower tone is working more or less properly. Starting 
from 4-th string - problems with octave recognition. 1-st string, 0-th fret 
can't be analyzed and shows A instead of E

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
- Issue is connected to window frame size for AutoCorrelation function. It is 
possible to precise pitch recognition for 1-st string by shrinking size, but 
every note below 5-th string will impossible to detect. However, Tartini 
project is working very smooth! Answer is in their source code (it's open).

Tote is accepted if harmonics can be divided on integer (or 5% err. rate)
