Empty lesson results program crash on Scholar interface #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate Tutor
2. Create new lesson by clicking File->New
3. Without any further editing, immediately switch to Scholar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Should be active and empty lesson. Instead, program is crashed.
