BPMN 2 Petri-Net mapping seems to have problem with loops #399

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://oryx-editor.org/backend/poem/model/2277/self#
2. Click on "Convert to Petri net"

What is the expected output?
A valid Petri net model with a loop containing "Change itinerary"

What do you see instead?
An invalid Petri net model, where "Change itinerary" is not in a loop and a
transition after "Change itinerary" with no outgoing arcs.
