Umlaut problem with slugs #105

Wenn deutsche Inhalte erstellt werden die Umlaute im Titel haben, ist der Slug nicht sinnvoll:

IST: Hören -> horen

SOLL: Hören -> hoeren

=> create a custom slugify method which replaces umlauts. Use only this one

during testing, it was found that a trailing whitespace can be added to the slug, resulting in a bug where the learning unit is not reachable
