Switch on at 18:30 should be added to the event #178

This is a content issue

Added, but not appearing in programme. Perhaps because no collaborators? I've added a participant called e-Luminate festivals, which owns the switch-on event. The event shows on the participant page, but not in the Programme lists

this is strange. I can't get why.

@jogwen if we decided to not have the filter for the category on the programme page, why we still have the queryset restriction there? https://github.com/e-Luminate/eluminate_web/blob/master/eluminate_web/apps/events/views.py#L86

Could be that?

This is now showing up. I guess this can be closed.

Not too sure why it wasn't showing up as soon it was created.

I've noticed a certain amount of time lag on several occasions recently when creating content. Is there some caching of result going on somewhere? In particular, have we got the correct expiry time on HTML pages?
