Implementation Delta dore sensors in older adults' home (France) :
For the moment, no data from the Delta Dore sensors is visible on the Digital Enabler.
I'm sorry for the late reply. We are curently analysing the issue and trying to solve it. I will inform you as soon as we've fixed the problem.
Delta Dore sensor data is now clearly visible on the Digital Enabler.
Delta Dore sensors data are still not visible on the Dashboard. In particular, Tydom is connected but today the white light is blinking slowly.

Which set are you talking about ? Please, in your github queries, could you add the number of the problematic set? BR Benoit

The ID & Token correspond, it is the DDM1-SET14. But I do not see its activity on dashboard, as you can see from the screenshot:

@gillesbourgeois it should be solved now, I've also tested the send data. Please let me know if it works on your side.
@robcalla : confirmed it works with the same API are you aware of the root cause ? We'll have to wait for real sensor detection to actually push on the DEnabler But then : SET14 is seen as disconnected. I suspect some issue in the premise IP LAN ?, because it is not the first time I notice that some SET disconnect for an unknow reason.
What can I say for sure : the Deltadore GW SET keep beeing connected (keep alive feature) as long as internet connectiy is UP....
A clarification regarding the connection of the SET14. Until yesterday it was installed in our lab, connected to a portable wifi modem with SIM and we only switched it on for a few hours (we didn't have the possibility to leave it on all the time). From today until Sunday 12 it will be installed in my house, connected to a fibre optic modem and switched on all the time. Then on Monday 13 we will install it at a user's house, again connected to the portable wifi modem and of course always on.
@gillesbourgeois about the 500 error it was a bug that happened during the user's registration that now is solved.
I confirm that data are visible in the dashboard, great. .
We are experiencing a problem with sets: since Friday 17, the installed systems (SET14 and SET15) do not synchronise. Same for the newly installed SET16, data are not visible on the dashboard.

Ok thanks, we checked again: SET14 has an issue with the modem, we will solve it soon. SET15 & SET16 are now ok, I can see data in the dashboard.
