Drobbox - anonymous response #105

Add option for sending reply by DM through skybot. Bot will add "respond" reaction to messages sent in dropbox. React, and Skybot will:

  1. ask for a response
  2. confirm response when you send it in the channel
  3. Time out or add a "cancel" react to stop listening for response
  4. Send anonymous DM to original sender with custom response
  5. log the response or log failure to DM
