Request: add support for Transmission or rTorrent / LibTorrent as backend for ocDownloader #69

Request: support Transmission or rTorrent / LibTorrent as possible alternative torrent clients to use with OcDownloader. I’ve almost never seen anyone using aria2c as their choice torrent app. As a bonus, both of these cut through magnet links with ease and have plenty of web front-ends available.
