Description of field chargePointAddress in CDRInfo #16

In https://github.com/e-clearing-net/OCHP/blob/master/OCHP.md#regularhourstype-class the description of field chargePointAddress says 'Hose number at the location of the charge point. Alphanumeric, for example "10","255B"'. I guess this is a copy'n'paste mistake ;) Additionally I don't really understand why a CDR should carry redundant location information. If someone needs this info the EVSE Id is sufficient.

Fixed, thanks. This is another example of data that some parties wish to keep in the CDR, especially in the case they do a "manual" billing (where a lookup would be a lot of work). I agree it is not really a necessary field. I'll keep this open for consideration for the next version.
