GetSingleRoamingAuthorisation is missing in markdown documentation #45

GetSingleRoamingAuthorisation is part of the wsdl, but not described in any markdown document. So maybe it's a good idea to describe what's the idea behind GetSingleRoamingAuthorisation and how to use it.
