Check: AddMol/Atom, RemoveMol/Atom, ... Methods in Molecule and Cluster class #15

Check the format the AddMol/Atom, RemoveMol/Atom, ... Methods in Molecule and Cluster class

Because I saw different things in some return, for example, in custer it's used self.init instead of Cluster like in Molecule class in the respective method

Please, when the format will be same in both class, check the tests and jupyters

I checked the methods, they are ok now.

The changes make by these methods are on self
