Lisa corine maakatte- ja muudatustekihid keskkonnainfo alla

Kaardistused aasta kaupa eraldi kihtidena clc_1990, clc_2000, clc_2006, clc_2012 ning muudatuste kaardikiht clc_muudatused. Atribuutandmete koosseis:

clc_NNNN

sys_id - rea identifikaator versioon - versiooni identifikaator shape - ruumikuju id - objekti identifikaator maakate_kood - Corine maakattekood. Kasutame kohalikku 4-tasemelist klassifikaatorit. Lisa klassifikaatori tabel kl_maakate, veerud kood, kirjeldus.

clc_muudatused

sys_id - rea identifikaator versioon - versiooni identifikaator shape - ruumikuju id - objekti identifikaator a_aasta - kaardistusaasta 1: võrdluse algusaasta. Võimalikud väärtused [1990, 2000, 2006]. o_aasta - kaardistusaasta 2: võrdluse lõpuaasta. a_aasta ja o_aasta on kaks teineteisele järgnevat Corine kaardistusaastat. Võimalikud väärtused [2000, 2006, 2012]. a_maakate_kood - Corine maakattekood võrdluse algusaastal. Viide tabelisse kl_maakate.kood o_maakate_kood - Corine maakattekood võrduse lõpuaastal. Viide tabelisse kl_maakate.kood

kihid lisada keskkonnainfo workspace'i Atributsioon: vajab täpsustamist, mis osas Keskkonnaagentuur, mis osas EEA. Kihtide kirjeldused: vajab täpsustamist KAURiga.

Kihtide atributsiooni osas läbi räägitud Euroopa Keskkonnaagentuuriga:
a) CLC 1990, CLC2000, CLC2006 kohalike andmehulkade kasutuslitsents on kohaliku agentuuri (KAUR) määrata b) CLC2012 tuleks märkida andmeomanikuna Copernicus programme of the European Union.

CLC1990, CLC2000, CLC2006 osas võiks sel juhul kasutada CC BY 4.0: Keskkonnaagentuur. Või on neil juba mõni muu märge kasutusel?

CLC2012 andmekasutus on reguleeritud nii:

Access to data is based on a principle of full, open and free access as established by the Copernicus data and information policy Regulation (EU) No 1159/2013 of 12 July 2013. This regulation establishes registration and licensing conditions for GMES/Copernicus users and can be found here http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32013R1159. Free, full and open access to this data set is made on the conditions that:

  1. When distributing or communicating Copernicus dedicated data and Copernicus service information to the public, users shall inform the public of the source of that data and information.
  2. Users shall make sure not to convey the impression to the public that the user's activities are officially endorsed by the Union.
  3. Where that data or information has been adapted or modified, the user shall clearly state this.
  4. The data remain the sole property of the European Union. Any information and data produced in the framework of the action shall be the sole property of the European Union. Any communication and publication by the beneficiary shall acknowledge that the data were produced "with funding by the European Union".
