fix another 100 bugs

l10 has a lot of variables as indirect exports.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.

declared all vars as exported or local in l10

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)

all modules are now compliant. Check-script includes this check now for the modules Todo: Helpers
