libnvram unresolved symbols Issues in losetup handling unblob installation somehow not working

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.

fixed losetup issues provide multiple libnvram compiled with different musl versions add spdx identifer fixed unblob installation

docker base image 1.4.1d is required for this PR
