Strict mode #53

Add strict mode to EMBArk installer

Catch some errors

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)

⚠️ not breaking, but changes to the git submodule init commmands may require manual intervention. (moved ownership of emba from root to user. Therefore removing the emba directory and git reset --hard might be required to successfully update)
