What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

updates service-dashboard adds boundedexec graceful shutdown fixes percentage calculation

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)

No info on refresh (service-dashboard)
SIGINT breaks state of analysis objects
bug in run-server.sh
bug in calculation inside logreader

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.
