Specify a version for angular-mocks so that we don't have to check it in https://help.github.com/articles/what-is-my-disk-quota/#external-dependencies
Put the node modules into a package.json or similar file so that they can be installed with a single npm install command

Look a the example of habitica-mobile or the npm documentation for more details
