CA e-bike incentives project revised labels json file #50

Hi @shankari, I'm submitting a new pull request for the revised json file for mode and trip purpose labels for the Open Path app for the CA e-bike incentives project - in the last project meeting, the team revised the mode and purpose labels. This revised json file reflects these changes. The revised trip purpose labels are hopefully short enough to fit a phone screen. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm CCing @dtfitch in this github thread. Thank you!

@si-agarwal @dtfitch @the-bay-kay I am merging this now. Will you be providing Spanish translations, or is that something you expect us to do?

Thanks Shankari. I don't think we have a Spanish speaker in our team.
