Demo for dfc-fermata. It has a customized onboarding survey, and it has a trip survey (which is a draft of the "Return trip" survey).

These versions of the surveys are kept on the fermata-demo branch of my fork

I tested this locally, and it is working now that the issues in https://github.com/e-mission/e-mission-docs/issues/1050 have been resolved
