DFC Fleet Vehicle Updates #91

This morning, we received updates to the plate #s and colors of the vehicles being tested by the fleet. I think they're taking the two leafs and the vans on the test trips this week, but will reprogram beacons on site if need be.

Great! I can update the showsIf conditions directly in this PR once I am ready, since Abby added me as a collaborator. I'll also bump it to version 3 so that once the UI changes are out, people can upgrade the config in-app.
