- fix importers #180

Fixed BitMobilityDataImporter and BeamDataImporter.

Providers' scrappers we cannot fix:

  1. WheeMove - no longer has a map on its website
  2. Hulaj - website is currently unavailable

My proposal for smoother dealing with situations like in 1, 2 is explained in #181.
