Using jQuery UI Dialog Widget:

A dialog is displayed on loading
Replaced jquery-ui files to include the dialog widget's files
Got the text from hand-o-matic terms of service

Thanks @andreasbastian. I really love this project! I have some suggestions on the development which I would like to aggregate in an issue and start working on them. It will include all the requests posted here along with a suggested development path.

I just got back from a week in Haiti working with one of our partner clinics and have a bunch of new functionality/features to document to enable support of a new type that they will be using. I'll send you an email with some more info and would love to set up a call to introduce you to some of the other team members and bounce some ideas around.
