adjusted size range and added real feedback link #3

I adjusted the range on the size slider to reflect the range and step size between the files for the RR (100-150% at 5% increments) and linked the feedback button to a google form (see here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1l99EHGMiBJD_ncYG8G66FWX186l44UxqAdgPUu0FNaI/viewform).
