Description

Refactor table to make data responsive
Improve table headers to correctly keep dates aligned with probabilities
Add support for translations
Make default behaviour to start filtered for maize (simpler display, option still available to select all)
Retain filters when changing site
Fix bug where filters would allow partial match (e.g. beans would match soya-beans)

Discussion

The table headings had to be reordered slightly (dates at same level as other titles) to make for easier display
