Description

Add support for extreme rainfall charts
Refactor data structures to allow country-specific chart definitions
Fix climate print/share display to correctly populate labels

Climate charts now show country-specific definitions at bottom of chart localhost_4200_climate_site_petauke_view=start(Picsa)

Print/share view also now populates similar information Petauke - Start of Season (2)

Extreme rainfall charts available localhost_4200_climate_site_petauke_view=extreme_rainfall_days(Picsa)
