Description

• Update Android platform (Capacitor v4 -> v5)
• Update angular platform (v15 -> v16)
• Handle breaking changes and plugin migration

Discussion

Periodic updates are always required due to Google Play store compliance issues, will need to determine long term strategy to ensure app stays available in play store
