Description

Core updates to better support incoming changes to multiple farmer/extension app deployments.

Adds lightweight migrations system to handle core app config changes, and updates the way deployment and user settings are interpreted by the app
Includes new picsa-default theme with updated app colors
Adds support to display different home pages depending on version (currently only extension home shown)
