Current behavior

⚙️ Generating affected matrix for lint

   >  NX   Cannot read properties of null (reading 'projectConfig')

What I tried so far:

• https://github.com/e-square-io/nx-github-actions/issues/53#issuecomment-1507306679
• I also added the root permanenty to the project.jsons. The result is still the same.

Expected behavior

It works ;)

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
