Current Workflow not saved correctly #47

When closing grapevine, the last workflow seems to be always the current 
workflow.

The current workflow is now saved when the MainWindow is closed and not 
everytime the current workflow changes. When closing the MainWindow, all 
subwindows are closed automatically changing the current workflow.
