For libraries that should be simple. Write to the log when a library couldn't
be loaded and also bug the user with an error message window. Users love being
bugged. It reminds them that the program is hard-working.
Errors during the loading of a configuration are more difficult to report and
handle. Maybe just give an error message and close grapevine. That's the best I
can think of right now. The only alternative would be to start with an empty
workspace but that could accidently override an existing faulty workspace.
