Disconnect expressios from global properties when the property is deleted #79

Global properties need to keep track of a list of connected properties and 
expressions, in which the global property is used. Global properties need to be 
disconnected from expressions. Might be related to issue #73.

Likewise, when an expression doesn't use a global property any longer or if the 
expression has been deleted, the use list of global properties needs to be 
updated.
