The phrase "Hello do you need help?" should take in answers such as yes or no, instead of just asking the users whether they need help and not letting them do anything with the prompt. Pasted Graphic 16.png

This is part of the feature. The message came out because you idle too long. We set the idle time to 1 min in order to demonstrate the idling feature. It was used to be 3mins but the TA recommended to set it 1min for the demo. This is of low severity, because this is not a frustrating problem if users do not idle.
