@CaMer0n First few tests. I'm not sure if it is the way they should look. Any tip is appreciated. Would be also interesting if testToTime() fails for you too... ?!?

fyi. Line 376 of date_handler.php

if(STRPTIME_COMPAT !== TRUE) // returns months from 0 - 11 on Unix so we need to +1
