[Enhancement] list new items plugin

Hi,

is it possible to enhance the e107v2 default plugin "list new items" this way:

Menue-style:

• if there are no new items the caption and section icon should be not shown (if there are new items the caption and icon should be visible - as the new item itself, too)

• if there are no new items at any section there should ba shown a icon and a caption like "no new items"

Atm i've only to options: if there are no new items, show only the caption name of each section or show nothing (nothing means also if there is a new item, the section is without caption name)...

This plugin is up for a complete rewrite. There are some open issues on Github on this already. I'll leave this issue open as it may contain info/suggestions that are not present in the other issues.
