Update e107 chatbox with ChatboxII Features

The e107 chatbox doesnt seem like its been updated in a long time. The old ChatboxII had some nice features that I think should be included in the e107 chatbox. Here are some features from ChatboxII

1. Dynamic Updating to all site visitors.
2. ChatBox Colorizing and configuration
3. Sound on posting.
4. Ability to allow Users to Colorize text.
5. Ability for Users/Mods to delete posts (red X).
6. Headers for ChatBox or ChatPage
7. Mods can Mute Posters (Block = red block)

Update chatbox emoticons so you do not have to type in the emotion on the admin configuration. This looks like it will need to be updated in the core emoticons section of e107? Add updated emoticons to e107. This might have to be a different request?

I would like to request one more feature. It would be nice if the chatbox had another option for autoscrolling for past chat posts and when you hover over previous chats it stops autoscrolling. The manual scrolling to view past posts is archaic lo
