search configuration - cache issue #4903

Bug Description

Search configuration (search_prefs) are cached, after editing cache file is not updated, reedit open values from old cached file.

How to Reproduce

Try to change f.e. number of result for news. Value in database is correct.

I am not able to find a way how to fix this. I tried to use example for notify prefs, but it didn't help. Somebody else should fix this. Thanks
