user_profile_edit event is not working for plugin extended fields #5000

Motivation

When user change plugin extended field , it is profile change, correct?

Proposed Solution

to use user_profile_edit event when user changes anything on their profile, including (plugin) extended fields.

If there is way how to set this, let me know please. For now I am using trigger postuserset.
