not able to use usersettings template in theme #5001

Bug Description

I really don't know where is problem.

Bootstrap 5 theme. Without theme usersettings template core bootstrap4 template is used {that is correct). As soon as I copy this template inside theme template folder, bootstrap 3 core template is loaded. Not theme version.

PHP version

7.4

Any ideas? Thanks
