"Force user to update settings" breaks home page for logged in users on PHP 8 #5052

Bug Description

Undefined constant e_PAGE

How to Reproduce

  1. In e107_admin/users.php?mode=main&action=prefs, enable "Force user to update settings".
  2. Click on the home icon in the top right to go to the home page
  3. Observe the blank page

Expected Behavior

Home page loads for the logged in user
