The "Docs" section is highly outdated. Moreover, at the moment there is no proper page with explanations where to get support, other than the README file (which is not available through the Admin Area) or on external websites like e107.org or Github.

Convert "Docs" into "Support", explaining the various way to get and provide support from/to other e107 users and developers. This includes links to the various support channels, including the new documentation websites.
