[Feature request]: gsitemap plugin - improve links administration #5129

Motivation

Easier work with links management

Proposed Solution

  1. filter for table - use dropdown, not search in text - news select news_categories now
  2. open url link in new window by default
  3. add html sitemap link to instructions
  4. add re-order functionality
