Latest Github version (just updated)

Bug description

Avatar image does not render when viewing the list of users in the admin area.

How to reproduce

e107_admin/users.php
Enable the avatar column.
Make sure at least once user has an avatar assigned.

Expected behavior

Avatar image should display.

What browser(s) are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox
