Latest Github version (just updated)

Bug description

Currently points to https://code.google.com/apis/console/ Better to point directly to the YouTube API at https://console.cloud.google.com/marketplace/product/google/youtube.googleapis.com

How to reproduce

Go to /e107_admin/image.php?mode=main&action=prefs
Click the Youtube tab
Click the More link under the YouTube Public API key field box.

Expected behavior

Open the new URL.
