[Bug]: Submitting a form with an invalid element does not switch to the appropriate tab so that it is visible #5230

Bug description

Submitting a form with an invalid element does not switch to the appropriate tab so that it is visible.

How to reproduce

  1. Edit a news item.
  2. Enter a large amount of text in the meta-description field, until it becomes invalid.
  3. Select a different tab
  4. Click the submit button.

Expected behavior

The form should not submit, but it SHOULD display the invalid field that is causing the issue by switching the tab.
