[Feature request]: with plugin builder respect already existing plugin.xml file for admin links #5350

Motivation

Save time. With already existing plugin.xml admin links data are overriden by default values.

Proposed Solution

Add those data editable in plugin generator

Alternatives

Create copy of plugin.xml and then manually replace this part
