upgrade from V1 to V2 - report

Okej, this is more about report or to inform you what can confuse user who did upgrade process first time.

I have V1 site, no forum, but Vanilla theme/xenthemes, Father Barry plugins, nlstart locator, content plugin.

• I backup everything
• I create new installation on my localhost (backup from web site)
• I switch to yayya theme, because vanilla theme doesn't works correctly on V1 localhost with php5.5 (not activated e107slider plugin, but Vanilla theme display part of code on homepage...

So I worked with:

• with 1.0.4 files (V1)
• upgrade files from SVN (upgrade V1 to V2)
• latest github V2

My steps/issues:

• my V1 uses own name of folders solution: replacing folders names in upgrade files, replace folder names in e107_class.php (function defaultDirs ) and to V1 config add $MEDIA_DIRECTORY = 'ownmediafolder/'; $SYSTEM_DIRECTORY = 'ownsystemfolder/';
• replacing V1 with upgrade files, I set override everything
• started upgrade process
• no problems, no errors, I save list menu for manual deleting and let it for later
• changed site theme to bootstrap3 , content plugins works, site works (no blank page), others parts are about upgrading/replacing plugins Note: to see all V1 theme here can be really confusing, there should be some test if there are prepared for V2 (f.e. they have theme.xml file) - some warning, not use theme. (how it is in Find theme). I mean this:
• admin area has problems with jquery (not working tabs, modal, tooltips...) solution: one of my old plugin used its own jquery. After deactivating this plugin, admin area works fine
• I replace e107_admin and e107_web folders from V2 latest github. Then I got this mistake: Fatal error: Call to undefined method e_chart::setOptions() in ... \hpadmin\includes\infopanel.php on line 854 After replacing e107_handlers too, I got blank page.
• deactivate content plugin didn't help, still blank page in admin and frontend
• get back e107_handlers from upgrate files and replace only chart_class with new file from V2, no black page There are else 16 different files between upgrade files and latest github. After updating one after one, blank page was cause e107_class.php file. After checking diffs, I found that I need replace defaultdirs in e107_class too! (e107_config.php is still not enough). Problem solved.
• I install content plugin back and it works.
• I was able to login, so alt_auth works fine for existing users.

Now I need to solve theme and plugins, but after updating database my main problem is solved (working admin area)

Strange thing happend. I upgraded next site. Everything seemed fine. I wanted to delete pdf plugin because it's incompability and got this: it deleted all plugins (I set to delete plugin files) , not only this one.
