e_inspect not present in any core plugin #909

The admin fileinspector has functionality to check plugin integrity. However, there is not a single example of it present in any of the core plugins. See: https://github.com/e107inc/e107/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=e_inspect.php

I'm guessing it was meant to contain a checksum map like the one for core.

It would be nice if there is at least one example in the core plugins. Other plugin developers then at least have an idea on how to apply it.
