Dropdown appears even if shortcode not present in theme.... #12

Got this issue in wich the dropdown menu appears even if the shortcode (MULTILAN_NAV, not LAN_MULTILAN_NAVICON, as is in Admin UI) is not present in theme, and even if i got all disabled....... untitled 2 untitled 1

Is this intended to work this way? How can i still have the plugin installed but not show the dropdown menu?
