Cannot translate #16

Hi i do not get the tiny mce in the popup but the next message, how can i correct it? e107 is in the root, no ssl used Dutch and English .. do i really need an en.fysid.nl?

Well i have added the en.fysid.nl and nl.fysid.nl but the result is now an empty popup, the tiny mce does not get loaded.. is there a quick fix? Using standard admin theme..
