Feature request - add cron functionality for checking 404 error #5

This would be great example to see how to use e_cron.

This would check all links and if they return 404 error (or what error when page not longer exists), it would be send notification to admin and maybe set some new field at links as broken and awaiting for checking. Then only not broken links will be displayed by reference shortcode.

Similar functionality could be added for manual running.
